General Overview

1 bedroom, sleeps 4. Located in a beach front resort with multiple pools, hot tubs, children's pools, shuffleboard, Starbuck's coffee shop and more
We use this place primarily as a rental, but definitely willing to swap or accept globes if you desire this location. If non-sim, we happen to live close by and would be happy to meet for a meal or an outing! 
Look at my profile to see our other listings if you desire a larger home or a different view.
Our main home is listed as well, but it's not often that we (as an entire family) all travel together.

The Space

This condo is located on the ground floor and has a king bed plus a twin daybed with twin trundle. There is free parking on-site. No pets or smoking per the HOA.
We may ask our guests to pay the. cleaning fee, especially f we aren't swapping.

Guest Access

This is on the first floor, no stairs needed.

Notes

We manage this place ourselves, so there is no daily maid service or much help from the front desk during your stay, There may be some resort amenities unavailable due to not having a key card. Some examples are laundry, gym, bar. However so far, none of these have been restricted. Water parks, pools, etc always included.

We stayed at Tiffany and Brian's beach condo rental property in the Grande Cayman Resort. It's a hotel-roomesque space on the first floor - two rooms that each have a bed plus a small kitchen area and a bathroom. There's not really a living room space for hanging out as there's a bed in both rooms. It's right on the beach which is lovely - you can walk right out - and multiple pools. The resort itself is very busy - lots of kids running around to fun slides and a lazy river and people partying. I'd definitely recommend it if you fall into either of those categories (have young kids or are in Myrtel Beach for the party scene). Unfortunately, we were there with our two month old so it wasn't a perfect fit for us, but that's our own fault - should have done more research before choosing it and Tiffany was very sweet to leave us a baby bath to use while we were there.

We didnt get to meet in person but all of our interactions via PLU mad text were pleasant. They stayed on one of our beach rentals. No complaints from the cleaners, so that means they were tidy! I wish I had more to say but it was a quick trip and we were out of town. I would exchange or host them again.

Paula stayed at our vacation home and she left it in better condition than paying guests do! She was respectful of our check in and out times,.and ever offered to our cleaning fee. We are excited to exchange with her again in the future!

Emma and Dan have a really cute house! It's decorated in artwork that I believe was created by Emma,, and there is plenty of space to accommodate a family! They have dogs and chickens, which we enjoyed helping to care for, although we offered....they were willing to make other arrangements. The neighborhood is eclectic and very walkable. There ane several restaurants, gas station and liquor store close by.

They communicated well. They stayed in our rental so they weren't handling our personal items and we didn't get a chance to see how they left the place, but the cleaning lady didn't have any complaints! :)

Married mother of one working as a vacation rental property manager, and also per diem as an RN. I love water and warm weather. Open to travel to any place that has both. I enjoy rafting, paddleboarding, hiking and relaxing. We have our residence and our vacation home rentals available for exchange, however our actual home comes with pets. Our properties are a short walk from the beach. We have rented through airbnb and vrbo. We also have had people stay in our home to house/pet sit in exchange for a place to stay by the beach, and we have done a few house swaps. We don't mind looking after pets.
