Neighbourhood

Lots of trees including live oaks. Short walk to the public beach access. No hotels are at this access, therefore less crowded than most areas. There are a few restaurants within walking distance along with a grocery store and gift shops.

Nearest airport

MYR is about 25 min away

Getting Around

If you do not have a car you can walk, bike or golf cart to most places you would need to reach. We do not really feel comfortable offering the car at this time (unless you have insurance that would cover it,. maybe we could discuss) but there are lots of avenues for public transport, such as taxi, lyft and Uber, plus a city bus.

Tiffany

Married mother of one working as a vacation rental property manager, and also per diem as an RN. I love water and warm weather. Open to travel to any place that has both. I enjoy rafting, paddleboarding, hiking and relaxing. We have our residence and our vacation home rentals available for exchange, however our actual home comes with pets. Our properties are a short walk from the beach. We have rented through airbnb and vrbo. We also have had people stay in our home to house/pet sit in exchange for a place to stay by the beach, and we have done a few house swaps. We don't mind looking after pets.
