                                    Hospitality Description: We can make 2 rooms available to you for private use, one of which has exclusive use of an en suite shower room. One has a super king bed and the other has a double. Other areas of the house would be shared but we can spend time out and with family so you get your own space! We actually shared our home with a family of 4 from Ukraine for 6 months when they first arrived so there is plenty of room!

Welcome to our spacious and family-friendly home in a quiet Lincolnshire village! Whether you’re looking for seaside fun, historic sites, or peaceful countryside walks, our home is the perfect base. We are a bilingual French-English family and happy to communicate in either language.

Our home is smoke-free (inside and garden) and allergy-friendly, with no pets. We can also recommend coeliac- and allergy-friendly restaurants nearby.

The Space

Our home is designed for comfort, relaxation, and family fun. You’ll find:
🏡 Four Bedrooms – A super king master bedroom, two double rooms, and a single child’s room with an extra mattress to create a bunk bed or a fun hideaway.
🛁 Three Bathrooms – A full bathroom with bath and shower, an ensuite shower room, and a downstairs toilet.
🍽 Fully Equipped Kitchen – Everything you need for home-cooked meals.
📺 Multiple Entertainment Options – Three TVs, high-speed WiFi, and a dedicated home office.
🏃‍♂️ Treadmill – Perfect for keeping up with fitness routines.
🌳 Private Garden – Outdoor dining area, basketball hoop, and playhouse.
🏊‍♂️ Small heated 12ft pool (in warmer months) – Please check with us about availability before booking.
🧸 Toys & Books – We can leave a great selection to keep little ones entertained.

Guest Access

Our home is on two floors, with all bedrooms upstairs. There is a staircase leading up, so the home is sadly not wheelchair accessible.
We could work with you to explore options if you have specific needs that you think we might be able to accommodate!

•	We are flexible and spontaneous so feel free to suggest swaps or stays even if we haven’t updated our calendar!
	•	Allergy-friendly, smoke-free home (inside & garden).
	•	No pets.
	•	We may be able to add guests to our car insurance, but car rental options are available nearby.
	•	We can provide local tourist recommendations, including great allergy-friendly restaurants.

For nature lovers, we are close to RSPB Freiston Shore for birdwatching and scenic walks.

The local town of Boston (15 mins) has a cinema, shops, and restaurants, including some great Indian cuisine and cozy pubs serving traditional roast dinners with Yorkshire puddings.

🏖 Seaside Fun:
	•	Skegness (20 mins) – A classic British seaside town with a funfair, arcades, aquarium, Clip ‘n Climb, cinema, and sandy beach.
	•	Quiet Beaches – If you prefer something peaceful, Sutton-on-Sea and other smaller beaches are nearby.

🏰 History & Culture:
	•	Woodhall Spa (30 mins) – A beautiful village with forest walks, an outdoor heated pool, the charming Kinema in the Woods (with an interval organist at certain showings), and the elegant Petwood Hotel for afternoon tea or a Pimm’s on the terrace.
	•	Lincoln (1 hour) – A must-visit city with its stunning cathedral, medieval castle, and cobbled streets.
	•	Grantham (45 mins) – Visit the National Trust’s Belton House, with gorgeous gardens and an amazing adventure playground (we may be able to provide passes).
	•	Nottingham (1.5 hours) – Home of Robin Hood, with its own castle and city attractions.

🚗 By Car – We have private parking, and our village is easily accessible from major roads.
🚆 By Train – Possible but less convenient. The nearest station is in Boston (15 mins away), with connections to Lincoln, Nottingham, and London.

✈️ East Midlands Airport (1h45) – The closest major airport with domestic and international flights.
✈️ London Airports (approx. 2.5–3 hrs) – Heathrow, Gatwick, and Stansted are reachable by car or train.

Getting Around

🚗 A car is the most convenient way to explore the area, but there are local buses from Old Leake to Boston and Skegness.
🚆 Train links from Boston connect to Lincoln, Nottingham, and London, making day trips easy.
