General Overview
I have a recently renovated 3 bedroom semi detached house in Kingsknowe area of Edinburgh. Its very close to city centre 20mins on bus or 5mins by train Glasgow is 45mins by train too. Both are within 5 min walk. Have a large garden and driveway.
The Space
The house has been recently renovated and offers a bright and modern living space. There are three bedrooms, a spacious lounge with TV, a dining area, and a fully fitted kitchen. The bathroom is modern with both bath and shower facilities. Outside, you’ll find a large garden and driveway.
We have a superking bed in the green room, a double bed in the blue room and a single bed in the smaller room.
We also have a log burning stove that can be used by guests.
Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the entire property. The house is spread over two floors, with bedrooms and bathroom. There is a driveway for parking and a large private garden. Please note there are stairs inside the property.

We want you to feel at home during your stay. Fresh linens and towels are provided, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The property is family-friendly, with a large garden and plenty of space. If you have any questions or special requests, please let us know in advance.

Getting to my home
The house is easily reached by road, bus, or train. Kingsknowe train station is just a 5-minute walk away with direct links into Edinburgh city centre (5 minutes by train). Regular bus services are also available and take around 20 minutes to reach the centre. If travelling by car, the house is close to the City Bypass and main routes into Edinburgh.

Edinburgh Airport – approximately 15 minutes by car/taxi or 30 minutes by public transport.
Getting Around
Shops and supermarkets are within walking distance, and there are regular bus and train services into the city. The city centre is only 20 minutes away by bus or 5 minutes by train, making it easy to explore Edinburgh’s attractions, shops, and restaurants.
