General Overview

3 bed terraced house in a lovely town in zone 4, London. Lots of local parks, coffee shops and restaurants to chose from. Surrounded by easy to get to transport (all walking distance) networks such as: Train station 1 - 6 minute walk to station. 20-25min journey to London Bridge, Waterloo, Charing Cross! Train station 2 - 9 minute walk to station. 15 minutes on train to London Victoria. Tram - 2 minute walk to tram stop which links with East Croydon train station to get you to Gatwick Airport in 45 minutes door to door. The tram also takes you into the centre of Wimbledon in 50 minutes. Buses - 2 minute walk to buses at the end of the road that connect to all key towns and will bring you directly to the high street in a couple of minutes if you prefer not to walk.

The Space

Downstairs; Open living come dining area. Plenty of seating available. The open living/dining area leads straight into the kitchen. The bathroom is located downstairs off the back of the kitchen which is in keeping with the typical style of Victorian houses here. Off the kitchen there is a small sunroom which leads on to the garden. Please be aware we are currently renovating our garden so the lawn may not be usable. The patio immediately outside the back door will be usable. There is a garden table, chairs and umbrella, as well as bbq, available for use. Upstairs; All bedrooms are located upstairs. Please note that the stairs are quite steep so may not be appropriate for anybody with mobility or balance difficulties. There are two double bedrooms and one small single room. Double room 1 - King size sleigh bed, shutters and some room to hang clothes. Double room 2 - King size bed, toddler bed(or cot if we put the side back up). Neighbourhood

Plenty of parks and playgrounds to chose from. Lots of restaurants, beer cafes, bars and cinema all within walking distance. For any keen tennis fans, the tram stop is across the road from our house and it will bring you directly into the centre of Wimbledon within 45/50minutes. We are exceptionally lucky to have London city on our front door step and the Kent and Surrey countryside at our back door. If hiring a car, you will be able visit beautiful scenic sites, heritage centres, English vineyards and areas of outstanding beauty all within a one hour drive.

Gatwick airport - 45minutes door to door by public transport.

Getting Around

Our house is primely located between several train stations, bus stops and tram stops. You can take several routes into central London, within 20 minutes. All tram, bus and train stations are within a 5-10min max walk from our house.
