General Overview

Our direct beach front views are fantastic from the moment you open the front door, sitting on the sofa, the master bed, or the gulf front balcony!

The Space

Our beach front 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has exceptional gulf front views! We have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, chest, 2 nightstands, and a 65” flat screen smart tv with an amazing beach front view from the bed. The master bath has a shower and linen closet and the second hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Our second bedroom has a queen bed, nightstand, and 6 drawers chest. Both bedrooms have a ceiling fan. We have wifi. Our dining area has a 4 person round table. Our living area has a sofa (not a sleeper), a recliner, 2 chairs, and. 75” flat screen smart tv. Our kitchen has granite, refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, oven/stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, 4 slice toaster, coffee maker, air fryer, and a pantry. We have a full size washer and dryer located in a laundry closet by the front door. Our balcony is direct front with unobstructed views and has a high table and 2 chairs. AMAZING VIEWS! We have chosen to remove our living area sliding glass door curtains because it gives us a MUCH better beach front view from the kitchen, dining, and living areas. You can sit on the sofa or master bed and see the beach and ocean ~ did we mention FANTASTIC BEACH FRONT VIEWS! Our condo community has an outdoor pool and there is a code to get into the pool gate and also one to get to the beach. There is a community charcoal grill near the pool and outdoor showers. All of the condos here are 2 bedroom 2 bath. . We are not available to anyone that smokes or vapes including our balcony. We are not available for any pets.

Guest Access

We are first floor (one level off the ground level). We are 1 door from the stairs and there is an elevator. Our building is 6 floors high.

Notes

This is our personal home so we are looking for simultaneous swaps. We have family living in town available if you need anything. Our relatives also own the condo next to us. We are long term residents in our town and can answer any questions about our area.

Neighbourhood

We are centrally located on West Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores Alabama. We are in a 6 story condo building with 48 condos. There is a popular restaurant 2 doors away and many restaurants including many seafood places close. We have a walmart and publix grocery 3 miles away. We are located directly on the beach in a small quaint beach town.

Getting to my home

The 2 closest airports are about an hour away Pensacola Florida or Mobile Alabama. If you bring a car you will have a parking space available in our parking lot. We are very centrally located in our town.

Getting Around

You have a parking pass if you choose to bring a car and the area also has uber. Several restaurants deliver and Walmart does delivery.
