General overview

Very suitable for families, especially with young kids. Home less then 10 years old, spacious backyard in small farm town, but within an hours drive to the bustling downtown Salt Lake City, Sundance (famous for skiing and the Sundance film festival), and minutes drive to nearby mountains with beautiful lakes and hikes. Nearby multiple reservoirs within an hours drive or less that offer swimming, boating, etc. Lovely area.
