The apartment is in a very central area. On foot, you are quickly on the Coulée Verte, at the Jardin des Plantes, at the square des Vosges, in the Marais, at the Bastille, on the Ile Saint Louis. All the shops (Aligre market) are nearby. The apartment does not directly overlook the avenue but on 3 different courtyards, so it is very quiet. The neighborhood is friendly.
We really like our neighborhood because it offers lots of opportunities for outings, green spaces for children and above all you can, in just a quarter of an hour on foot, go from one district to another.
