Gorgeous Ocean and hinterland balcony views from my Budds Beach apartment. Will suit couples, families or friends with everything right at your fingertips! Nearest Beach (5 min walk) Budds Beach/Nerang River (3 min walk) The Famous Cavill Avenue (12 min walk) Light Rail/Tram Stop (5 min walk) Bus Stop (3 min walk) Theme Parks (20min drive) Surfers Paradise is a colourful city! You can choose to embrace the hustle and bustle and vibrancy one day, then find peace & serenity near the water or head to Mount Tambourine for a nature fix. There are multiple themes parks for the kids or young at heart all within a 30 minute drive. Recommend checking this website > experiencegoldcoast.com/plan as there’s so much to do depending on the type of holiday you’re seeking. But please ask me for recommendations , I’d be happy to help. I admit, I’m not great with keeping my calendar up to date, but will get back to you quickly if you have any questions.

The Space

Modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom North facing self-contained apartment. Maximum 4 guests.2nd bedroom bed configured as queen or can be 2 x singles. In the prime position of Budds Beach, Surfers Paradise. Level 12 apartment with spectacular ocean, hinterland & river views. A full kitchen is available for you, but there is also a small cafe & vending machine on the ground level, and outdoor terrace with BBQ. Plus so many cafes & restaurants within walking distance. You’ll be spoilt for choice! These apartments have a mix of residents & happy holiday goers. There is a fabulous family resort adjacent, with an ice skating rink in available to the public.

Just at the end of the street is a beautiful “local gem” , Budds Beach. Known for its stunning sunsets. In the other direction, a 5 minute walk you’re at the ocean.

Hi all, I’m Natalee but my friends call me Nat. I live on the gorgeous Gold Coast, in Queensland, Australia. I run my own Insurance Broking business from home, and can really work from anywhere.
