One bedroom, two baths, with an unbeatable view of the city lights. Open plan on the main level including a cosy living and dining room and well appointed kitchen. Upstairs is the master bedroom which opens onto a verandah with a beautiful view of the city as well as a nightly parade of flying foxes that fly past at dusk.

Neighbourhood

Darlinghurst is a bohemian neighbourhood, with tree lined streets, small laneways, and little bars and restaurants. It's close to trendy Surry Hills and Paddington, and a 20-30 minute walk from the bright lights of the city centre, Opera House, Botanic Gardens, and Circular Quay ferries and the world famous harbour and its fabulous beaches.

Getting to my home

Our home is close to the Kings Cross and Museum train stations, and a five minute walk to the buses that take you to Bondi Beach.

Sydney Airport is a 20 minute taxi or Uber drive.

Karl

We're Karl and Gene and we live in Australia. Gene's a psychologist and Karl is semi-retired. We're planning to be in Vancouver for Christmas 2026 - a perfect opportunity if you want to swap winter for summer and spend the holiday season in sunny Sydney!
