General Overview

Welcome to Pymble on Sydney's leafy north shore! Ours is a comfortable 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom modern spacious family home. One guest room and bathroom is on ground floor. The other 2 available guest rooms and family bathroom are upstairs. Walking distance to Pymble station - trains from here to the city take about 30 mins. Short walk to Mona Vale Rd - bus service to Sydney's northern beaches. A few mins drive to motorways - M1 or M5 - for visitors heading out of town by car. It's a pet-free, smoke-free home.

The Space

Our home has 3 separate living areas: formal area (no TV), open plan family room connected to kitchen & casual dining and an upstairs area. Our back yard has a pool and there's a gas BBQ and undercover dining area.

Guest Access

It's a 2 storey house with 3 steps to the entry. 1 guest room and bathroom is on ground floor - the other 2 guest rooms and family bathroom are upstairs. Should you come to stay while we're here, you won't need to share our space with us as we have our own separate bedroom and bathroom!

Notes

While our pool is fenced, our yard is not. For this reason, we've chosen not to make our home available to young families (or dogs!)
