It is a 10-minute walk from the historic town centre of Saint-Sulpice-La-Pointe with its medieval underground. All the necessary shops, a media library and an open-air market on Wednesday mornings.
A skate park, tennis courts, petanque, football, city stadium...
And above all, a beer bar with a multitude of local beers to taste!
The Space
Old house of character typical of the Tarn. You will enter the ground floor through the living room (living / dining room) open to the kitchen. A beautiful and very pleasant space with a wood stove, a large library, a hi-fi, a piano. There is no television in our house. Remember to bring a computer if you wish.
A guest bedroom with its own bathroom (washbasin + shower) and a sofa bed (130 cm).
A wooden staircase leads to the upstairs corridor which leads to a large bathroom (bath and shower), a large master bedroom and 2 bright bedrooms (one with a 90 cm bed and the other with two 90 bunk beds), one of which has its own bathroom (washbasin + shower).
2 separate toilets, upstairs and downstairs.
In the enclosed garden with electric gate, you will find a covered lean-to with garden furniture, hammocks, dining area and plancha. An above-ground wooden pool 1.20 deep and 3 meters in diameter will cool you down on hot summer days.
Guest Access
One floor, accessible by a staircase.
Notes
We have adopted a kitten since October 2025. She is a very affectionate and curious female, who stays inside the house. We will have to take care of it in our absence.
