General overview

There really is nothing like our home in our area. It's such a peaceful haven in a gorgeous sought after mature leafy neighbourhood. The interiors of our home are sort of American in style and a lot of our furniture came from the USA. We have a lovely set up for kids with a large garden, treehouse, great big trampoline and a playroom with lots of fun toys and boardgames for all ages. The house is brilliantly located only four minutes walk to the Luas tram which brings you to the city centre in fifteen minutes and also Dundrum shopping centre amongst other areas. We also have a great bus nearby too. We are in walking distance to Ranelagh and Rathmines (only about 15-20 minutes) where there are lovely restaurants, cafes and boutiques to explore. Palmerston Park is located five minutes walk away too where there is a good playground.

Hi! We are a family of 5 with three sweet kids aged 9, 7 and 2. We live in Dublin, Ireland in a fantastic very desirable neighbourhood with lots to offer. My husband is a Physics, Biology and Maths teacher and I'm a personal assistant to a family here in Dublin. We love travelling the world and spend a lot of time in the USA visiting my father who lives in Florida. We have never house swapped before but we are super excited by the prospect! I love the idea of giving our children the chance to see more of what this beautiful world has to offer. We really treasure our home as we did it up a few years ago and put our heart and soul into making it a beautiful, peaceful place. We are very respectful of our own home and would be of others too.
