General Overview

Spacious and airy apartment located in the heart of central Malmö, with close proximity to the city center, parks, and charming older neighborhoods. The fantastic beach is close to the center and about 15 minutes by bus. A 15-minute walk to the train station or 5 minutes by bus. Just 20 minutes to Copenhagen Airport (Kastrup) and 35 minutes to Copenhagen Central Station.

The Space

The apartment has 3 bedrooms and a study that includes a sofa bed, which comfortably sleeps 2 people on proper mattresses. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. The large kitchen has seating for 6, and the living room is bright and spacious, featuring a sofa, TV, and a large dining table. While the apartment is not toddler-proof, it is otherwise child-friendly. My kiddos are 10 and 13 years old. I’m more than happy to provide suggestions for activities and attractions, whether you’re traveling with children or in an adults-only group. A parking space is available, and there are many great restaurants nearby.

Neighbourhood

Värnhemstorget is a vibrant area in Malmö with excellent transport connections and a lively atmosphere. Nearby, you’ll find the Entré Mall for shopping, cozy cafés, and diverse restaurants offering cuisine from around the world. A short walk or bus ride takes you to Malmö’s city center, where you can explore charming cobblestone streets, unique boutiques, and cultural landmarks like Stortorget (the main square), Lilla Torg (a picturesque square with restaurants and bars), and Malmöhus Castle. The city center is also home to beautiful parks such as Kungsparken and Slottsparken, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a stroll. Malmö’s central location makes it easy to visit beaches, the iconic Turning Torso, or even take a quick train ride to Copenhagen in under an hour.

Getting to my home

Here’s the English version with the additional details about car rental and parking: 1. Train + Bus - Take the Öresund train from Kastrup to Malmö Central Station, a journey of about 20 minutes. - From Malmö Central, take a city bus (lines 3 or 5) to Värnhemstorget, which takes approximately 5 minutes. It is very easy and convinient to use the "Skånetrafiken" mobile app. 2. Train + Walk - Take the Öresund train to Malmö Central Station. - From there, you can walk to Värnhemstorget in about 15 minutes. 3. Direct Bus (FlixBus) - FlixBus offers direct service from Kastrup to Värnhemstorget in approximately 40 minutes. Check the schedule in advance, as these buses run less frequently than trains. 4. Car Rental - If you prefer to rent a car, Värnhemstorget is just a 25–30 minute drive from Kastrup. I provide free parking close to the apartment, making this option hassle-free. This also give you access to the rest of the beautiful surroundings in the rest of Skåne. No matter which option you choose, Värnhemstorget is well-connected and easy to reach!
