What a view to wake up to!
The view from the lowest level of our 3-level villa apartment. Somewhere to sit outside the guest suite to enjoy a drink, a meal or perhaps a board game. You might even spot a pod of dolphins or orca!
This is our ground-level, studio suite. The king-sized bed can be split into 2 single beds and the sofa converts into a single sofa bed suitable for a child.
The downstairs guest suite has a single sofa bed.
All three ensuite bathrooms have great water pressure. Plus, the LED mirrors and demisters have Bluetooth speakers you can link to your smartphone.

Rainbows are a regular sight in Cable Bay.
As well as 2 tennis racquets and a set of tennis balls, we also have pétanque and kubb available for our guests to use.
Cable Bay beach is known for its golden pink sands.

Sacred trees
Pōhutukawa are also known as the NZ Christmas tree because they bloom in December. They hold a prominent place in Maori mythology. Legends tell of the young Maori warrior, Tawhaki and his attempt to find help in heaven to avenge his father's death. He subsequently fell to earth and the crimson flowers are said to represent his blood.

Nearby Coopers Beach beach has a standard grey sand colour but not too far away by car are the stunning white sands of the Karikari peninsula.
