General overview

Large spaceous home with hot tub in a central village location with many attractions close by including city and countryside activities. Close to Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Birmingham, Alton Towers, Warwick Castle and many other destinations. Nearest airports are East Midlands and Birmingham.

The space

Electric gates, extensive parking, 5 large bedrooms. Great for family gatherings or reunions. Large gardens. A blend of modern and antique furniture. We have Maine Coon cats and a dog and prefer visitors who are happy to care for them.

Guest access

Ground floor is wheelchair accessible but although there is a downstairs toilet there is no bath or shower ob the ground floor. Master and second bedroom are en suite. The other 3 large double rooms share a bathroom. There is also an upstairs office.

Getting around

Car is the easiest option but there is a bus stop just a minute away and a train station 15 minutes away. East Midlands Airport is 20 minutes away. Birmingham Airport is 40 minutes away. London is less than 2 hours by train.
