General Overview

The cottage is located in a very peaceful setting that is also close to local villages and breathtaking landscapes. It is newly renovated with all mod cons.

There are 3 guest bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and 1 en suite with toilet and sink only. The house is pet friendly, however the garden is not fenced off. There is capacity to light a solid fuel fire, however the house has central heating also. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher.

Neighbourhood

The house is situated at the end of a country road surrounded by green fields and Forests. There are many national treasures in the area including downpatrick head, Ceide Fields and the greenway cycle and walking paths, to name a few.

Getting to my home

The villages of Killala is less than 5mins and Ballina town is 15 mins drive. The local airport is Ireland West airport, approx 45mins away.
