Steps to the beach! This brand-new 2-bedroom condo located beautiful Bodrum, the perfect place to relax, explore, and enjoy the Aegean lifestyle. Within a very short walk: Private beach, grocery store, local restaurants, taxi station, a pier where locals jump off into the refreshing clear sea, and famous beaches (Camel Beach - boat tours stop here!, Ortakent Beach, Yahşi Beach). Ortakent has more than a mile-long beautiful walking strip along the beach with tons of restaurants and shops and is one of our personal favorite areas. Discover Bodrum’s beaches Explore Bodrum Castle and the Marina, filled with cafés, restaurants, and boutique shops. Visit the local markets for fresh produce, spices, handmade goods, and Turkish specialties. Enjoy the nightlife—Bodrum is famous for its bars, live music, and seaside clubs. Take a day trip to the Greek islands. The ferry (“feribot”) to Kos is very close and takes only 20–30 minutes, making it an easy and fun getaway during your stay. Experience Turkish cuisine—try local meze, seafood, and traditional dishes in charming seaside restaurants. Wander through old Bodrum streets, with whitewashed houses, bougainvillea, and beautiful views.

The Space

The patio is fully enclosed in glass with a large sliding door for a beautiful scenic view of the open courtyard. The courtyard has a pool with access to the beach. There is a cleaning fee for Non-Reciprocal Exchanges ( Globe or Pluto stays)$100

We are a family of three with roots on both sides of the world I’m from Turkey, and my husband is from the United States. We split our time between both countries and are fortunate to have homes in each place one in Bodrum by the beach other in California San Dİego we live. For now, we’re only offering our vacation home. Our Bodrum home there is available most of the year, and we love sharing such a special place. We love experiencing new cultures, meeting new people, and creating meaningful memories as a family. We always treat others’ homes with the same care and respect we give our own.
