General Overview

We have a cool new 3 level spatious canal house, with an own pier, in the heart of Amsterdam. Amazing view on the two canals and houseboats.

The Space

We have a large 58 square meters downstairs area with kitchen and living room. There is a terrace as well with access to our own 3 by 4 meters pier on the water. The first floor has a second kitchen, living room, a spacious light bathroom and a bedroom. The top floor has the master bedroom with a big spa like luxury bathroom with bathtub and walk in shower. On the top floor there is a large terrace towards the street and access to the roof top terrace.

Neighbourhood

Amsterdam-Noord is just on the other side of the water if you stand at Central Station. The travel search site Skyscanner ranked the neighborhood number 7 on the list of the most hipster neighborhoods in the world with several new cafes, pop-up restaurants, experimental venues. Getting Around

There is a 24/7 free ferry service that brings you to Noord in just 3 minutes. From there it is 12 minutes walking, or 4 minutes by bike. There are several bus lines and a metro/underground line within 5 minutes walking distance. By bike the city center is reachable within 10 minutes.
