General Overview
Welcome to Wander Haus at Granby Ranch! A true ski-in/ski-out, hike-in/hike-out, bike-in/bike-out condo. Newly remodeled, modern, cozy & just steps to the Granby Ranch Ski Lift, Golf Course & hiking/biking trails. Nestled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains with phenomenal mountain views and just minutes to Winter Park, Mary Jane, Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake & Hot Sulphur Springs. Look no further for your ideal Rocky Mountain, Colorado getaway.
This is our family's 2nd home, we use it often, as well as rent it out. We are open to any form of exchange!
The Space
Wander Haus has three (3) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms, comfortably sleeps 8 and is ideal for 1-2 families. Newly remodeled, Wander Haus has all new furniture, appliances and amenities. Featuring brand new luxurious beds and mattresses and a beautiful, fully stocked kitchen. You can't beat the views from almost every room and the balcony has a beautiful view of the mountains and the Granby Ranch Golf Course.
The primary bedroom has a brand new king bed, attached full bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom has a twin over queen bunk, with a twin trundle. The 3rd bedroom is a closed-in loft, with an open spiral staircase and twin bunk bed. With 2 big bean bags, games & a TV this is a perfect space for the kids to get away and hang out. The 2nd bathroom is adjacent to the main area and has a shower and large vanity. The main living space includes an open living room area with a comfy sofa and two cozy wingback chairs. The main living space also includes a dining table that seats 6, and counter seating for 3. The kitchen is open to the main living space and is newly remodeled with quartz countertops and soft close cabinets, it is fully outfitted all new kitchenware, small wares, including kids plates, cups and utensils.
Wander Haus is equipped with high-speed internet and 3 wifi enabled smart TV's with apps such as Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, Discovery+, AppleTV, Prime Video etc. that you can log into with your own personal accounts as you like. We also have lots of games, books, toys, bluetooth speaker at the house for your use and enjoyment.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entirety of the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, the adjacent balcony, and the gear closet near the main doorway.
You will also have access to a shared indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs and gym, about a 4 minute drive from the condo.
We are on the 3rd floor of our condo complex, up one flight of stairs. There is no elevator access in the building. In addition our unit has a spiral staircase to access the loft bedroom.

Granby Ranch Golf Course: 6 minutes
Experience the serenity of mountain golf at Granby Ranch Golf Course. The 18-hole course is perfect for families and avid golfers alike. Playing at 8,100 feet, we invite you to join us for a round of golf that features the Fraser river, Rocky Mountain views, and abundant wildlife.The course is open May through October.

Rocky Mountain National Park: 30 minutes
RMNP spans 415 square miles (265,807 acres) along the Continental Divide and encompasses a spectacular range of mountain environments, protected mountains, forests and alpine tundra. It's known for the Trail Ridge Road and the Old Fall River Road, drives that pass aspen trees and rivers. The Keyhole Route, a climb crossing vertical rock faces, leads up Longs Peak, the park’s tallest mountain. A trail surrounding Bear Lake offers views of the peaks. From meadows found in the montane life zone to glistening alpine lakes and up to the towering mountain peaks, there is something for everyone to discover. Along the way explore over 300 miles of hiking trails and incredible wildlife viewing.
Grand Lake: 30 minutes
Grand Lake is Colorado's largest natural body of water. Boating, fishing, sunbathing, kayaking and other water-sports are just a few quintessential activities at this high-altitude oasis. Home to the headwaters of the mighty Colorado River, Grand County also boasts rapids for whitewater paddlers, from thrilling Class IV and V currents in Gore Canyon Whitewater Park to mellow eddies near Kremmling. Grand Lake, perched on the western edge of Rocky Mountain National Park and is a grand mountain getaway for families.
Hot Sulphur Springs: 20 minutes

It is advised that you have a car to access our condo, and we suggest 4 wheel drive in the winter months.

Getting Around
Our condo complex has ample parking spaces in the adjacent parking lots. The lots are not covered, they open parking, not assigned spaces. There are larger spaces available for camper or RV parking, but please inform us before bringing a larger vehicle.
We recommend that you have your own vehicle while staying at Wander Haus. There are ride share options available also such as Lyft & Uber, but these can be limited.
THE LIFT (Free public transit/bus)
The Lift serves all of Winter Park and surrounding areas. The Granby route is the Teal Line and is called the Granby Regional Commuter Line. The bus has several stops in Granby, the stop at the Granby City Market is a 4 minute drive from Wander Haus and has ample parking and is about a 20 minute ride to Winter Park Resort.

My husband and I are small business owner and in our time off we enjoy skiing, hiking, biking, camping and all the outdoors have to offer.
