The apartment is 12 years old on the third floor in a quiet block of 30 and has been completely refurbished and refitted with new appliances.It has a very large and open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. 3 spacious bedrooms, (2 Queen size, 1 double) complemented by one en-suite bathroom with one other bathroom, rounds out the excellent accommodation. The kitchen is fitted with a new oven, cook top, refrigerator and washing machine as well as all kitchen equipment. We have ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
We have 4 bikes for your use.The apartment is serviced by elevators to all floors. The block is very well maintained. The apartment is very comfortable and modern in a quiet area.
We have high speed unlimited wifi with pay TV from the UK with many channels as well as local Spanish channels giving you a large choice for your entertainment.
The beaches of El Verger are close by via road or an easy 15 minute bike ride on flat and well set out bike trails.

Our apartment is on the second floor with a lift. There is plenty of car parking in the streets around the apartment.

Proximity to beaches and easy access by train, bus and car. A large shopping centre La Portal de la Marinas is close by.

Neighbourhood
In a typical Spanish village with excellent amenities close by including 2 supermarkets within 200 metres and lots of cafes and bars. Denia is a 10 minute drive. It is a large city and has all amenities. Gandia, Jerez, Calpe and Oliva are easy drives from El Verger.
