Elizabeth

We are an active semi retired couple. Quiet, non smoking, living a healthy lifestyle. We enjoy riding our e-bikes and when possible we travel with them. Jim, a retired engineer, can fix anything (says me, the wife). I am a former nurse. I love to cook and entertain. Taking cooking classes is one of the things we have enjoyed when we have traveled. I am definitely a foodie! Jim loves to eat ! If you exchange with us you most likely will have something waiting in the kitchen that I have made for you. We are both originally from Florida, but love the mountains of NC. Growing roses is also one of my joys in live. Southern Hospitality is sure to be found at our house !
