General overview
The apartment is located in the Carso Alameda Building on the 5th floor, it has a wonderful view, right in front of the Alameda Central and the Palacio de Bellas Artes, as well as Paseo de la Reforma, in the heart of the center of the City of Mexico. The location is incredible, surrounded by restaurants of all types of food, we highly recommend El Cardenal at the Hilton Hotel, right next to the building.
In the surrounding area there are at least 10 museums and Madero Street, an iconic point for all merchants, from clothing to convenience stores, pharmacies, etc.
The main square is a 10-minute walk away, Chapultepec Castle is 30 minutes away, and Paseo de la Reforma is right away.
In front of the building there is a Turibus stop that can take you to visit the main attractions of the city.
Art, gastronomy, entertainment and culture is what awaits you in our house.
The space
It has 2 bedrooms (1 King size bed / 1 double bed) + 1 queen size sofa bed in the living room.
Fully equipped kitchen, dining room for 6 people plus bar. Common area washer and dryer in building. It has a gym.
There is no parking but there is a very secure paid parking lot on the corner.
The apartment is not our main house, we live permanently in Querétaro but we visit Mexico City frequently, this is a vacation property that we also rent through Airbnb so we have some flexibility, however due to its excellent location it is almost always booked so We suggest contacting at least 3 months in advance to agree on an exchange.
Guest access
The building has elevators and 24-hour security.
Notes
Check out my other listing #24366. I am open to discuss combining the two properties as one of the exchange options.
We are at your disposal for any questions during your stay or when you come to visit Mexico City.
