There are local bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk, or a 9 minute train ride into the city centre.
Nearest airport
Leeds Bradford airport is a 40 minute drive away. We live at the opposite side of the city from the airport.
Getting around
2 minute walk to the train station with a 9 minute ttain ride into Leeds City Centre, where you can connect to National Train services. Or you can take a 20 minute train ride to the historic city of York.

Myself and my husband live in a 2 bedroom bungalow with our 3 cats.
We have plenty of parking space and the house has a front, back and side garden.
We are both aged 54 and our bungalow is perfect for anyone who may have mobility issues as our home is on one level.
We have a Very large superkingsize bed in our main bedroom, and a single bed for one other person in our small second bedroom. We do not have a bath, instead we have a large walk-in rainfall shower with bodyjets. The bathroom has cozy underfloor heating and there is central heating and double glazing throughout the house. There is also a remote controlled gas fire in the Main lounge area.
We have a small, functional kitchen at the moment, but this will be extended in 2023 to include a new dining area.
We live in a quiet residential area, however there are local bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk of our home.
There are also fantastic public transport links to the whole of Yorkshire. Leeds City Centre is a fantastic shopping area, including shops like Harvey Nichols. We live 2 minutes away from the local train station where you can catch a direct train to the historic city of York, which is 20 minutes away by train. The Yorkshire coastal towns of Scarborough and Whitby are accessible by train, as well as the Bronte family home in Howarth. There are some beautiful Yorkshire villages and towns to be explored as well as the vibrant night life in the city of Leeds.
