We have a townhouse in a quiet neighbourhood. The neigbourhood consists of small villas, townhouses and apartments. We have three bedrooms, a small room with a sofabed and two bathrooms. Small garden with sun all day and lots of berries.
We live near several public busstops where there’s buses taking you all over town. To central Gothenburg you go by bus in 15 minutes. The buses can take you in the other direction and then your at the beach (Askimsbadet) in 15 minutes.
If you walk for 15 minutes you reach Frölunda Torg wich is i large shoppingmall.
There’s several grocerystores nearby.
We have nice walkingpaths around our neigbourhood were you can access small forrests. If you want to hiking we have several nature preserves 10-20 minutes away with car or public transport.
We have a beautiful archipelago outside Gothenburg with easy access. In Sweden we have ”allemansrätten” = right of public access wich means that you are allowed to be in forrests and nature, pick berries and even camp for a night as long as you’re being careful.

In the garden you can sit on the patriot in the sun the whole day, if you want.
Guest access
There are three floors so quite a lot of stairs.
You have access to the whole house.

We had a great time at Sara's lovely home in Gottenburg. Unfortunately I had broken my ankle a few weeks before the trip so I didn't see as much of the city as I would have hoped but I couldn't have picked a better spot to recuperate than the pretty ,and luckily, sunny garden.
Sara's place has everything you could need and it was easy to get into town and to local shops.
Communication was easy and she really did go out her way to make sure we were comfortable.
I'll just need to go back when I'm properly mobile and see more of the region!
We had an enjoyable stay at Sara’s house. The home is spacious and comfortable and our family of four had plenty of space. It’s an easy walk to buses that take you into Gothenburg if you don’t have a car . Communication was great all the way up to and during the exchange. They had lots of great suggestions for us and left us yummy treats at their house. Thank you
Sara and her boys looked after the place like it was their own! Everything was in perfect order.
Sara and family were wonderful guests.
We had a great week in Carenas beautiful apartment in Edinburgh, Scotland! The apartment is located with walking distance to Calton Hill, The Royal mile, Dean Village, The Royal botanical garden and great shopping. Communicating with Carena before, during and after has been very easy and helpful! We would love to come back one day and meet in person!
Having Carena and her partner staying at our house have been a delight! We had great communication during the entire time and they have really taking care of our home as their own! They are always welcome back to Gothenburg!
Our family had a very pleasant stay in Jasons and Tatianas lovely apartment in Lisbon. The apartment is very central and it’s easy to get around the city.
Very easy communication before and they were very helpful answering all our questions during our stay. Very helpful with tips where to go, what to do and where to eat. We are very greatful for the oppurtunity to visit Lisbon on our very first exchange ever. Thank you so much!
We where happy hosting Jason, Tatiana, their kids and dog. They took good care of our house and plants as it was their own. Really reliable houseswappers! Thank you!

We are interested in travelling, history, seeing new places but also being at home. We´re not so flexible travelling because of work and school, but please don´t be afraid to ask.
