General Overview
We have finalised our travel plans for 2025/2026, and have closed our calendar.
Bright modern 1 bedroom apartment with a huge private green balcony - a rare find in the city!
Minutes away from the CBD (10 mins), Arts Centre, NGV, Botanical Gardens and so much more. A tram stop on the door step!
The king bed can be converted into 2 long single beds and the sofa into a double sized sofa-bed.
The apartment is 60m2 and the terrace is also 60m2. Potentially it can fit 4 guests as the sofa-bed is double size, however it might be a bit packed.
It comes with an undercover car park within the apartment complex.
There's a gym, indoor lap pool and sauna. The rooftop garden has great views and free BBQ facilities.
This apartment is usually listed on Airbnb, so you won't find any of our own belongings. We have a cleaning team that services the unit. We try to keep the PLU-calendar updated with our Airbnb calendar.
Notes
As this is not our primary home and we are often not in Melbourne, there is a cleaning fee of $75 for linen and to get the apartment ready for new guests.
The apartment complex is fitted with many CCTV cameras, however no cameras or recording devices are inside the apartment.
