General overview
We love the location of our home, being steps to the beach, restaurants and short drive to the mountains. Although it’s a bustling on a sunny day at the beach, our neighbourhood is still quiet with a friendly community. We’re a block away from restaurants and bars with ocean and Mountain View’s too. Everything is walking distance from our place. Our home is newly renovated and homely. It’s a spacious 1 bedroom with a deck that has ocean, mountain and city views…soaking up the sunset whilst having dinner or drinks is one of my favourite things to do.
The space
We have a large one bedroom apartment in the heart of Kitsilano. We now have a child, so there are childs toys and matts that can be put out if needed but also put away too.
It's a very bright, southfacing unit. We have a private balcony and a shared deck that is just outside our front door. Easy to take your dinner out and enjoy the ocean/mountain views.

There is an elevator so it is an accessible unit. It is on the top floor of a 4 storey building.
