Original suburban neighborhood. Home was built in 1951 and maintains much of its early mid-century charm. Neighborhood is popular for walking groups and cyclists. Immediate and broader neighbors are all friendly and conversational. Two city parks (with children's' play equipment) within walking distance. 20min walk to the beach, 20m walk downtown. Major grocery store is 12m by car. Instacart delivery is normal and available.

Use of car is negotiable. To see extended city a car is needed but day to day relaxation can be done by bike/foot.
