General Overview

Our home is a spacious but cozy 5x2. Huge playroom that opens out to a secured grassed area and large living with fireplace that opens out to the back patio and garden. Upstairs has the master bedroom, seperate living space and a huge balcony with glimpes of the ocean. It’s our slice of heaven.

The Space

Open kitchen and living space downstairs. Along with the 3 bedrooms ( 2 single beds, one with a double bed and one nursery) and bathroom. The big laundry is accessed from the back patio where you will find a huge jarrah table for entertaining, a BBQ and stairs to the balcony. Upstairs there is a master bedroom and ensuite, another room with a queen bed and separate living space that opens out to the balcony. Kitchen is fitted out with everything you need to cook up a feast, lots of towels and bedding in the linen cupboard too. Great high speed wifi, lots of books and boardgames. TV with google chrome and netflix etc.

Notes

Surfboards, bodyboards and kayaks to use at the beautiful crystal clear beaches just 500m away. Lots of toys, bikes, scooters and a trampoline outside for kids! Can also arrange use of car if we are on holidays! There are so many beautiful nature spots to visit within driving distance.

Beautiful quiet neighbourhood, friendly neighbours and a coffee shop a 15m walk away that sells delicious coffee, breakfasts and fish and chips to enjoy at sunset!

Getting to my home

Fly in to Perth Airport - 50min Train ride to Mandurah - 15 min Taxi or Uber to Falcon. We would have a car at our home for guests to use. Alternatively, you could hire a car from Perth Airport and it is a 1 hour drive away.

We are a family of 5 with three beautiful, easy going, mindful and imaginative cherubs under the age of 6! They are our joy! We live at the beach. Supping, surfing and playing in the crystal clear waters 500m from our big family home! ( Always with a takeaway coffee in hand from one of our local coffee vans) I am a Primary School Teacher and my husband Brett is a boilermaker. We spent alot of time travelling together before having our kids and renovating our house together. But now that our kids are growing and learning we cannot wait to take them travelling, immerse them in cultures and see the world again through their eyes.
