General overview

Our cosy rustic cottage, 'Volets Verts' is ideal for a couple. Situated in a small village of Montauriol in the Lot et Garonne ( dept 47) near to Castillonnes and in the heart of the Bastides.

The space

Living dining room, kitchen, downstairs bathroom with bath and shower over, one large double bedroom with seating area, outside patio area with furniture. Wifi is available for surfing (no gaming please) and there is a TV for streaming ( no TV channels)

Notes

The stairs are open tread and a little uneven so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Bedroom doorway is low so please mind your head!

Neighbourhood

Montauriol is a small village. It has Seasonal restaurant and depot de pain. 5 minutes drive to castillonnes with a range of shops, restaurants and Intermarche supermarket. Lougratte Lake - 5 minutes drive. Eymet 15 minutes drive, Bergerac and Villeneuve sur Lot 30 minutes drive. This are features many 'Bastides' towns and is a great area for exploring
