Our wooded 3 acre lot is overlooked by a large, gracious deck. The backyard features two patios, inground swimming pool, trampoline, and chicken coop (with chickens!).
The interior is spacious and decorated with an eye towards our love of nature and travel.
The Space
Ground level floor includes large eat-in kitchen that opens to deck equipped for relaxing meals. Also includes a two story room to relax with short throw projector and projector screen for watching movies, office equipped with two desks and sitting area, living room with delightful morning light, generous dining room, and a powder room.
Upper level includes small loft area with sofa and 4 bedrooms. Master suite includes a desk area and bathroom with shower and large corner tub. 2nd bedroom has its own bathroom. 3rd and 4th bedrooms share a bathroom in between.
Unfinished basement has workout equipment including rowing machine and free weights.
Guest Access
With an exchange, you will have access to all areas.
Our chickens are let out into a large run each morning and will need food and water at that time. Food is kept out in the run in a large bin. Water is filled from a hose in the backyard. They need to be safely locked back into the coop at night.
If the exchange lasts longer than a week, we'd love for you to check our plants for watering.
