Even it is in the heart of the town, it is a calm neighbourhood. Very suitable for kids. A lot of servicies and facilities very handy, such as supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, parks, sport areas, etc.

8km far from our beautiful city of San Sebastian, our home is located in a excepcional point to visit and know the Basque Country as it is very well connected both with the coast and the interior by train as well as by bus.
From here you can easily visit beautiful cities and towns like San Sebastián, Zarautz, Zumaia, Bilbao, Biarritz, Hendaya,
If you like the sea, it is 15 minutes by bus from the beach of La Ondarreta de San Sebastián.
Train and bus are in 1min walk.
