General Overview

This is our apt. near the city of Melbourne, one block from the beach. Great for catching city culture, bike riding along the coast, public transport, a plethora of amazing restaurants, thriving cafe culture, shopping, etc. Our building has wonderful amenities such as indoor pool, sauna, spa, gym, gardens, library, etc. - it’s just fantastic! Port Melbourne is the city's best kept secret.

The Space

My husband is tall, so we needed a light and airy apt. which this definitely is! The gorgeous garden is on the 3rd floor, same as our apt., as is the pool, spa, gym, etc. We have 2 teenage daughters so we turned the dining room into another bedroom with a lovely double bed. Everything is user friendly, pleasant to look at and for an ocean view, just walk out the front door of the building. We just love it but our bc primary residence is in Daylesford (love to list our house but we have 2 dogs…) so it's often available.

Neighbourhood

Everything. Bay St. Close by is Albert Park, St. Kilda, Elwood, the city is a 10-15 minute tram ride, the tram is a 5 minute walk from our place. Best restaurants! Hanoi Mee, Moonfishh, Village Wine Bar, Rock, Paper Scissors, and more!!!

Getting to my home

Fly into Tullamarine airport, get transportation to Port Melbourne via taxi, uber, or public transportation. From Southern Cross train station, take the 109 tram down Collins St. to Port Melbourne. Our apt. is about a 10 minute walk along the beach.

Nearest airport

Tullamarine, 25-30 minutes by car.

Getting Around

All shops are walking distance, mostly on Bay St. which is a 1-2 minute walk from apt.
