Neighbourhood
“Reasons To Love Bloor West Village
The very family friendly vibe. When you walk through Bloor West Village, it won't take you long to realize that this neighbourhood is home to a lot of families. Young kids, dogs, strollers, and expectant parents are a frequent sight. Families make use of Beresford Park's playground, wading pool, and outdoor ice skating rink. Close to some of the west end's most reputable daycares (and doggie day care at Dogtopia), and highly regarded public schools, Bloor West Village is the kind of neighbourhood many families dream about putting down roots in”. Getting to my home
By Car: We are on west of the city where the Toronto Pearson Airport is. The commute by car it takes only 19 minutes.
By Public Transit or TTC (Toronto Transit Commission) it would take around 50 minutes. Using TTC you first get the bus at the proper site in the airport and head to the subway (Kipling Station) until Runnymede Station there you have the option to get 71 or 79 bus and get off at St. John’s and head west on it getting on your left hand into Windermere Avenue. You also can use the app “Transit” that offers a pretty clear steps for the entire city.
