General Overview

Our home is in a walking friendly area with ready access to all kinds of public transportation. It is a thriving neighborhood of artists, families, grad students, and young professionals. You'll never be without something good to eat or interesting to do.

The Space

There are two bedrooms and two baths available, one with a shower/tub and one with a walk-in shower. Main bedroom (ground floor) has a king sized bed. Secondary bedroom (basement) has a daybed that can be used as a twin bed, pulled out into a king bed, or separated into two twins. The apartment is two levels - ground floor and basement. The ground floor has original 1900s details and woodwork; the basement level is newly renovated with modern amenities. The backyard is available for use, as is an open front porch and a screened-in back porch.
