General Overview

Our home is located in one of the best areas of South Florida and is nestled among some of the finest beaches in all of the state.  Within a few miles of our home are long, white sandy beaches with multiple access and variety.  Sport fishing, wind surfing, kite surfing, hiking, gold, tennis along with great restaurants, shopping and adventure are all right here.

The Space

The home is unique in it's design with the screened lanai and pool area being the central feature of the residence.  Each side of the house offers independent heating, AC and hot water controls to service the sleeping areas and bathrooms.

Guest Access

The home is situated on one ground floor and offers very easy access to those with limited mobility.........NO STAIRS!

Notes

Sitting outside next to the pool, with it's gentle waterfall bubbling, you are completely protected from insects, rain or overly intense sun.  A full gas BBQ grill, outdoor furniture and sound system creates a subtle and enjoyable tropical experience.
