General Overview

4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with. chef's kitchen in a quiet neighbourhood that is steps from trails that lead to incredible views and lakes.

The Space

There are 4 bedrooms ( one set up as an exercise room with a peloton bike- which you are welcome to use). the main bedroom has a king bed, sitting area and bathroom with a view, the second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom a double. The "peloton room" could easily have a twin bed set up. Our kitchen has a Viking gas range, and double wall ovens, and is fully stocked for any cooking you would want to do. The fully landscaped and fenced back yard has a gas barbecue and multiple sitting areas. our home has hardwood floors throughout.

THere are 2 main floors, but there are multiple levels throughout.

Notes

We have an incredibly friendly golden retreiver- who would live elsewhere during an exchange, and 2 very friendly cats Henri and Fergus, who could also move out.

Traveling has played a large part of our lives for a very long time. We have been from Antartica to Myanmar, throughout Mexico, Europe, the USA and many points in between. We have made so many friends in our travels- because people are the best part of traveling! We would whole heartedly return anywhere we have been, and always look for a new adventure. Our home is steps from world class hiking and biking trails, while being only a 45 minute drive from Vancouver and Whistler. We spend a lot of time outdoors, but also enjoy cooking, gardening and entertaining While we live in a smallish mountain filled we love to explore cities as well as countrysides. We are new to home exchange, but have rented homes and apartments in dozens of places. We are the parents of three wonderful adults. Dan is a retired Battalion Chief with the Vancouver Fire Department, I am a Public Health Director . We look forward to sharing our home and our incredible piece of the world with you
