General overview

We recently spent almost a year restoring Josh's family farmhouse, all fully updated with new everything!  It's got one master bedroom, a second bedroom we use as an office, a large, 2 bathrooms, and well appointed kitchen (we cook a LOT) a living room and a big sun-room in the back with vaulted ceilings and a view of the property.
In addition to the spacious interior, there are also two covered outdoor spaces to hang out, one on the porch in front, and another in back with a brick courtyard with cafe lights and a fire pit for chilly nights.
Our house is situated on 2 acres in a historic neighborhood and feels like living in a park, but it's only a mile from the center of San Marcos so everything you need is at your fingertips, and quiet neighbors who are all friends.
Austin and San Antonio are both about 35 minutes away, so you can have access to big cities but still get a country feel!
