General Overview

We live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida the Venice of America!  We have a lovely spacious, family friendly pool home in the heart of Fort Lauderdale with quick access to everything you can ever need (restaurants, shopping, museums, water sports, etc.)   We are conveniently located to the airport (3miles) to Port Everglades (3 miles), the beach (4 miles) and Las Olas Blvd (3 miles).  We are 30 minutes from Miami and 3.5 hours to Orlando - Disney World!

The Space

Our home consists of a 3/3 main house, a 1/1 attached apartment, and a separate office space in the backyard.

Bedroom 1 (Master Suite on Main Floor) King Bed + Pull out Queen bed
Bedroom 2 - Twin Bed (pulls out to a king)
Bedroom 3 -  Twin Bed (space for air mattress)

Main house is a single story (no stairs).  The apartment is upstairs.

We have a kids oasis in our backyard. A large swing set, pull down outdoor movie projector, bikes, scooters, toys, large chalk boards, a 3 hole putting green, cornhole boards, wagons and more!  Anything you could need to entertain!

We live in a great quiet neighborhood that is centrally located.  You can walk to a few shops and restaurants nearby.  Others are a quick car/bike ride.  

We also have the largest outlet shopping center in the United States just 15 minute drive away - Sawgrass Mills!

By Air:  Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) 
By Car:  Conveniently located just off 1-95 Marina Mile exit.    Close to the Florida Turnpike and 595.

Ubers are really convenient and readily available in this area.  We have bikes that can be used, as well as our SUV.
