General Overview

We have just rebuilt a fifties cottage to reflect that same era but with modern facilities and comforts. Our home isn’t large but very comfortable and ideally suited for one or two couples or a couple with older children. The close proximity to beach, esplanade walks and shops, restaurants and cafes is why this area has been a holiday spot for Sydneysiders for decades.

The Space

We have a open kitchen/ dining space which you enter from front door. Kitchen has all new appliances. There is a seperate lounge area at the back of the house that opens onto a large covered deck area which is perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The front two bedrooms one with queen bed and the other with two long singles share the combined bathroom laundry which is a highly functional space. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite includes a separate shower as well as a bath. The home has ceiling fans in all bedrooms and lounge and on covered deck but is also serviced by ducted aircon. We have usb charging ports in all bedrooms and living spaces. There is unlimited wifi and a smart tv which you can use your own streaming services.

Notes

There is a separate dwelling on the property which has own rear lane access and shouldn’t be of any concern to your visit. We have finished the house renovations but we have a few outside bits to finish off as time allows so hopefully by the end of 2022 our gardens etc will start to flourish and complete the relaxed comfortable beach holiday feel we’re keen the home to reflect.

Neighbourhood

Our area is a beautiful coastal village with easy flat walk access to beach, shops , restaurants and cafes. Those who are interested in bush walking won’t be disappointed either with numerous National park walks offering great views. We are surrounded by incredible waterways for fishing, swimming, boating and also cycle tracks. The next town offers a fabulous unique cinema experience and also multiple restaurants as well all easily accessed by walking.

Getting to my home

Hi if arriving from overseas the international airport has train connections to city where you’ll change to the Newcastle/ central coast line and disembark at Woy Woy. Catch an Uber or taxi or even bus. Alternatively arrive by car.

Getting Around

We are in a fabulous spot for walking to everything our village offers. It’s literally 400 metres to the Main Street and 600 metres to the beach.
