General overview
This outstanding renovated 2 bedroom suite is situated in a beautiful century home. The outside retains the classic character while the interior provides modern comfort and style including a high-end home chef's kitchen.
Our house has two other suites in it and we reside on the main floor. All the suite have their own access and the only shared space is the laundry area with the downstairs tenant.
It is in a perfect location with easy access to all Calgary has to offer. We are a short walk to downtown and yet can easily get to the mountains and the great outdoors.

Neighbourhood
Our neighbourhood is located on the west end of downtown Calgary and is a beautiful gentrified area with lots to do. We chose the area because of its proximity to everything a city has to offer.
Its an easy walk to shops, restaurants and pubs. There's a tennis club on the next block and a beautiful park at the end of the street.
Always lots to do and easy access to transportation if needed.
Getting to my home
You can catch transportation to our home (Uber, Taxi) or use the light rail transit.
Nearest airport
Calgary International Airport. It's usually a 15 minute drive outside of rush-hour but can also catch the train.
Getting around
Our neighbourhood is inner city with loads of shops, restaurants, pubs, etc. We are also very close to the light rail transit station.
