General Overview
Studio apartment with your own private entrance. It's located downtown West Palm- weβre walking distance to Grandview Public Market- a great place to grab a bite from a dozen food stalls and enjoy live music, yoga, nightlife and local art. We're walking distance to two breweries with outdoor and indoor seating. And along the famous antique row, where it seams each week a new chef owned restaurant opens up.
We're a short bike ride to downtown West Palm Beach and 2 miles from the beach.
One block from the central playground and park with a beautiful walking/bike path, exercise circuit and public tennis courts. There are many beautiful waterfront bike paths and running paths, your welcome to the two bikes we have to use on your stay.
The Space
Studio apartment nestled into a cozy tropical neighborhood. Private Entrance, full bathroom, full-size fridge, and kitchenette (no stove or oven). The couch pulls out into a queen-sized bed (top-of-the-line and very comfortable). A studio apartment is a single-room apartment.

Neighbourhood
Beach, boats, walk/run/bike along the water for miles. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to be close to everything. You can walk to two breweries with outdoor and indoor seating. Walk, bike or take a free trolly and explore Downtown West Palm Beach.

We're a short bike ride to downtown West Palm Beach and 2 miles from the beach (my run club runs there and back). Plenty of bike paths and walking paths to explore the area.
We are all close to the everglades (about 25 minutes west) where you can explore on an airboat ride.
10 minutes from Manatee Lagoon - where manatees congregate during cooler times
2 miles from Palm Beach

Walking, biking and running paths are abundant and have incredible views of the water and street art.
One of our favorite hikes is 20 minutes drive (Ocean to Lake Trail)
High-speed train takes to your Miami or Ft. Lauderdale quickly
Getting to my home
Brightline high-speed train stops downtown and Tri-Rail station (commuter rail, more stops) are short distances away as well (walk or quick Lyft ride)
Flying into Miami, Ft. Laud or the best option: PBI which is a 5 min drive.
Nearest airport
PBI - 2 miles
Getting Around
Bike, walk, Lyft/drive are the best options for local shopping and dining. Try-Rail and Brightline are great options for traveling to the south.

We're a bi-national family and love to immerse ourselves and live as locals. We travel frequently for work up and down the East Coast USA and The Bahamas - when we're not working, we love traveling with our family (twin six year olds).
We like to keep our living spaces clean and respect others' homes. A core belief we hold is to leave a place better than we found it. We own our own business and can be flexible with travel dates and locations for the most part-- we are adventurers at heart and interested in practically any place that we would feel welcome, especially anyplace near water.
My wife and I travel solo as well as with our two girls depending on the season. We sometimes travel with an extra hand for the kids, but will always communicate beforehand. We love animals (and plants!) and would be happy to give extra love, feed and care for your fur family member.
People Like Us is the world's most trusted home exchange community. We believe in sharing, trust, generosity, respect, communication, equality, cooperation, honesty, hospitality, friendship, flexibility and adventure. We take pride in our homes and we care about the environment in which we live: our village, city, country and our planet. We care about the ethos of home exchange and we do it because we love the experience and the friendships that it generates.
