Neighbourhood
Longhope is a small attractive village on the edge of the Forest of Dean. It has an ancient church, excellent bakery (which has won a BBC Food and Farming award), grocery shop and post office, children's play area and two pubs, all within walking distance of the house.
Nearest airport
Cardiff, Birmingham and Bristol are the nearest airports and Gloucester is the nearest train station. There are also regular buses from Gloucester to our village and the bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the house.
Getting Around
There is a bakery, village shop, and 2 pubs within walking distance. 5 minutes walk from the house is a bus stop with regular buses running to and from Gloucester (the bus station is opposite the railway station). A 20 minute walk brings you to another bus stop where buses run to Hereford.
