General overview

Gorgeous 3 bedroom, 4 bath home on private golf course in gated, country club community. Amenities include country club dining, golf, tennis, swimming, and boating. Very close to Charlotte, NC, and the Charlotte international airport. We also have an inground pool. Please note that we cannot exchange with exchangers who have indoor cats because of allergies. Also, two of the three bedrooms have been converted into a media room and offices, although we provide a daybed and pull-out couch.

We are recently retired. Dave is an accountant, and I am a piano teacher. We have three adult children who sometimes travel with us. We also have a small dog who will be boarded. We are non-smokers, and Dave is allergic to cats. Otherwise, we are open, flexible, and experienced home exchangers, with over 25 exchanges in our many years with another home exchange company. Besides our home in Lake Wylie, South Carolina, we also have a small apartment in Calitri, Italy, that is open for exchanges.
