General overview
Located in a private compound you can enjoy the restaurants, supermarket, coffee shop within 1 minute walk. We live on the top floors - duplex on the 6th and 7th floor.
We have 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and one where we lay on mattresses on the floor (my son bedroom).
Enjoy the Bosphore view from home or the terrace. There’s a taxi station at the entrance of the compound as well as a bus stop that will take you downtown in less then 30 minutes. Metro station is within 10 minutes walk.

We are a couple with two children (born in augusto 2011 and July 2013). We like to go out to restaurants and bars, but also the beach. We just love the beach. We love doing Hobie Cat and Gregor (my husband) loves body board. Reading is our way to relax at home.
I am a housewife and enjoy cooking. My husband works in insurance and has been expatriated to Hong Kong for 5 years, Taipei since September 2013, Tokyo from 2016 and Istanbul since 2020. He is 52 and I am 46 years old.
We like cats and have adopted one here in Istanbul, he is very friendly and likes to spend his day out in the compound gardens.
