Our 1940s cottage is perfect for a solo traveler or couple seeking a quiet, safe neighborhood known for wide treelined streets and quaint homes. Located at the front of a duplex this delightful unit is easily accessible to downtown, nearby hospitals, the capital, local ice cream parlors (Gunther's and Vic's), and sweet spots like Marie's Donuts and Freeport Bakery. The cottage is close to Broadway and Mid-town which are full of wonderful ethnic restaurants, bars, & shopping.

This bright charming duplex is tucked away on a quiet Land Park street. The one bedroom, one bath unit has gleaming random plank floors, a combination living/ dining room, a sweet blue and white tile kitchen and a spacious bedroom.

Single story cottage with private entrance. The owners live on the property and are available to answer questions.
