General Overview

We love how the house feels so open and airy - there is a vaulted ceiling and high windows to let the light in. We are in a residential neighborhood about 10 miles from the strip and downtown and about 18 miles from the airport. There is a local casino only a mile away - we go often for date night - inside the casino there is a bowling alley, movie theater, a country western bar, and lots of places to eat.

The Space

We have 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. The kitchen is my favorite with lots of counter space. We also have a gas fireplace and a large backyard with a smoker and table for entertaining.

Guest Access

Guests can access the downstairs, the laundry room and the backyard. The upstairs bedroom is off limits.

Neighbourhood

Our neighborhood is residential, although there is a local casino only one mile away. We are also a mile away from a major grocery story, fast food restaurants (Popeye's Chicken, Denny's, Jack in the Box, McDonald's, Starbucks, The Great Greek, Kneaders Bakery, a vegetarian burger place, Jamba Juice) and other businesses (nails, drug store, smoke shop, etc.).

Getting to my home

We are about 18 miles northeast of the airport. You can drive or get an uber/lyft. It costs anywhere from $30-$60 for Uber/Lyft depending on the day and time.

We are one mile away from grocery stores/shops. You could walk or use our car.
