🏡The house has two floors, on the ground floor, a bedroom (queen bed), bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, living / dining room and garden. Upstairs are three bedrooms (2 queen beds and one king bed) with walk-in closets and two bathrooms. 🐠🐡🐟 🌾We have a pool that is NOT ENABLED as such, it is only used as a pond to store irrigation water. There are our fish and aquatic plants. 🍅🥬🍓Attached to the house we have a small greenhouse, very rustic and simple and depending on the time of year, we can harvest our food. Very bright and comfortable house, in the description we put 6 guests but we could enable it for 8.

Notes

On all trips, one of the rooms will remain locked, with our work material. However, we can add a bed for two extra passengers.

Neighbourhood

It is a small neighborhood of no more than 20 houses, semi-gated, safe neighborhood and all our neighbors are friends. Supermarket, pharmacy 400 meters away and medical services, shopping center 2 kilometers.

Getting to my home

✈️The best way to get to our city is by air, being able to arrive at the International Airport of Buenos Aires, Ezeiza, the ideal is to get to know the capital of Argentina with its architectural beauty, tango shows, antique fairs, etc. From there we have a 2-hour flight to Comodoro Rivadavia.

The airport is located 3 kilometers to the north, it is a National Airport, with daily frequencies.

Getting around

We are a family looking for new experiences, we want to travel being locals, getting involved in the culture and social life of each place visited. Married couple of 50 years, very fun, respectful and good hosts. Diego is an electronic engineer, currently working in an oil company, I am retired, dedicating myself to our home, Francesca is our youngest daughter of 15 years and Santiago, our son of 24 years. who works and no longer lives in our house. We usually travel with family or with friends between 5 or 6 people in total. Or we are just 3 We have two dogs, 🐕 🐕 who are part of our family, they would be happy to receive your visit. If necessary, they can spend a few days in another house. We are very simple people, we adapt to small houses, apartments, farms, fields, barns, etc. We have fish 🐠🐟🐡, in a pool transformed into a POND. They only require food every three days. If your desired destination is Argentine Patagonia, do not hesitate to write to us, either for reciprocal exchange, lodging or Balloons. 🧹💧Regarding cleaning, it can be discussed and organized for each visit according to individual preferences, sim, no sim or balloons. Our home will be delivered clean, you can clean yourselves or we will give the exchangers the option to pay for the cleaning, if you prefer not to clean during your vacation. In case of sim or no sim exchange that our exchangers charge us for cleaning, we will also ask the same.
