General overview

The apartment was built in 2024, with a retro style, it is located on the first floor, in a very safe neighborhood, it is on the same block as our main house, with totally independent access. We are 5 minutes from the sea, 5 minutes from supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. Connected to nature, since we are at the foot of the hill and with views of the National University of Petroleum in our city.

The space

There are two rooms, a very spacious and bright room with a desk and furniture. An integrated kitchen with a dining room and a double sofa bed. The apartment has a large bar for cooking, with very good light and ventilation with a view of the sea. Small terrace to enjoy the outdoors. It has the basic amenities except a washing machine, but guests can use the laundry room in our main house, bicycles, camping equipment, etc... They can enjoy privacy and independence and also interact and share our customs and gastronomy if we are in the city.

We are a family looking for new experiences, we want to travel being locals, getting involved in the culture and social life of each place visited. Married couple of 50 years, very fun, respectful and good hosts. Diego is an electronic engineer, currently working in an oil company, I am retired, dedicating myself to our home, Francesca is our youngest daughter of 15 years and Santiago, our son of 24 years. who works and no longer lives in our house. We usually travel with family or with friends between 5 or 6 people in total. Or we are just 3 We have two dogs, 🐕 🐕 who are part of our family, they would be happy to receive your visit. If necessary, they can spend a few days in another house. We are very simple people, we adapt to small houses, apartments, farms, fields, barns, etc. We have fish 🐠🐟🐡, in a pool transformed into a POND. They only require food every three days. Our home will be delivered clean, you can clean yourselves or we will give the exchangers the option to pay for the cleaning, if you prefer not to clean during your vacation. In case of sim or no sim exchange that our exchangers charge us for cleaning, we will also ask the same.
