General Overview

The apartment was built in 2024, with a retro style, it is located on the first floor, in a very safe neighborhood, it is on the same block as our main house, with totally independent access. 
We are 5 minutes from the sea, 5 minutes from supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. 
Connected to nature, since we are at the foot of the hill and with views of the National University of Petroleum in our city.

The Space

There are two rooms, a very spacious and bright room with a desk and furniture. 
An integrated kitchen with a dining room and a double sofa bed. The apartment has a large bar for cooking, with very good light and ventilation with a view of the sea. 
Small terrace to enjoy the outdoors. 
It has the basic amenities except a washing machine, but guests can use the laundry room in our main house, bicycles, camping equipment, etc... 
They can enjoy privacy and independence and also interact and share our customs and gastronomy if we are in the city.

Staying with Karina is a blessing from God. Her town is the perfect place to practice mindfulness. Karina is an angel, full of love—a person who gives so much without expecting anything in return. Her home is one year old, and everything is new. It has an ocean view, and I watch the sunrise and sunset from every corner of the apartment. Her family is honorable, and I am grateful to have gotten to know them. Karina welcomed me into her home for lunch, where we had a barbecue and danced. We went hiking together and explored a place you won’t find on Google Maps. She also found free activities in town for me, allowing me to join a local hiking group. Karina even picked me up and dropped me off at the airport. As a solo traveler, I made a friend in the opposite corner of the world. Leaving Comodoro makes me feel a bit sad, but I carry with me the love and memories—including her two doggies!
