General Overview

My home has a little swimming pool and a barbecue area with 2 transats on the terrace. Around the house are plants and different areas to sit. There is a closed gate which gives the house total privacy and there is private parking space for 2 cars.

The Space

On the main floor you have 1 double bedroom with bathroom (shower), open kitchen and living room. In 2024 the house was totally renovated. On the ground floor, you have another double bedroom with bathroom (bath).

It is advisable to have a car. There are so many things to see around. The house is a 5 minute drive from the coast. Benalmádena pueblo (5 min) Mijas pueblo (20 min) Airport (20 min) Malaga (30 min) Marbella (30 min) Nerja (50 min) Granada (90 min)
